The Blue Monday sleeve cost 10p more than the profit you could make - Peter Hook
Peter Hook was the bassist in critically acclaimed bands Joy Division & New Order. His manager Tony Wilson opened the legendary Hacienda club using Peter's money behind his back. Wilson ran the club as well as Factory Records in Manchester before they both infamously collapsed due to "the worst business decisions in the world". Peter currently looks after the Hacienda brand and is the author of the book "The Hacienda: How Not To Run A Club".
