Camille Johnson, Pink Ribbon Lingerie

Pink Ribbon Lingerie sells underwear for women who have had breast cancer surgery. Founder Camille Johnson is determined to give women who have had breast surgery the choice to wear beautiful, sexy lingerie, unlike many of the uglier post-op bras out there.

Camille started the business in 2009, and has just launched a fully transactional business website. Before Pink Ribbon Lingerie, she had worked in merchandising for Bliss, Selfridges and House of Fraser.

In this entrepreneur interview, Camille talks about selling to her customers in the way that best suits them, the challenges and opportunities of importing, and how to handle the delicacy of selling to women who may be sensitive about their image and be suffering from low self-esteem after breast-cancer surgery.
