Hermonie Way came up with the idea for Newspepper.com during the second year of her journalism degree. The lack of paid work experience in the field of journalism a problem that Hermione identified and so she set about creating Newspepper which gives paid work experience to newly graduated media students. Using her student loan, Hermione Way set up the affordable production company and has clients ranging from the BBC to BT.
