Public Zone creates communications for the public and voluntary sector, with a client list that includes CBBC, Help a London Child and Globe International. They have an extensive in-house development team and come up with cutting-edge ideas for both the online and offline worlds.

Jonathan set up Public Zone after five years at Zone, Public Zone's sister company, the last three as publishing director working with clients such as Channel 4, O2, Yahoo, BBC, FremantleMedia and Marvel. He oversees all content development and delivers solutions from print to online and multimedia.

Jonathon Simmons outlines his advice on how (and how not to) give a pitch and how to motivate employees.
