Its aim is to deliver those products to customers' doors within 24 hours. The service is supervised by fully qualified pharmacists who are available to discuss symptoms and issues about medical problems. It made a profit of more than £1m in its first three months.

Mitesh launched in November 2007 with the support of his wife Krishna, a registered pharmacist. He'd previously been in credit derivatives at UBS, getting out in time before the credit crunch hit.
