Caught up with Sam Barnett, founder of Struq, yesterday. We went for a pint at his local, the Nellie Dean on Dean Street. Upstairs, his employees were playing pool and calling raucously for him to join in. No wonder everyone's in such high spirits: Struq's been going from strength to strength.
