Life savings!!! No loans whatsoever.

I was a global food trends predictor and Clare was a food scientist/mum.

30-35 seconds: Where did the idea come from?

To find a way of getting great and unique food without the extras (like gums and water) into people lives, but without going through the dictatorial retailers.

35-40 seconds: What's the smartest thing you've done so far?

Ignored the critics and doubters.

40-45 seconds: What's the stupidest?

Losing all our leads at our first ever exhibition, the BBC Good Food Show in 2007!

45-50 seconds: If your business was a biscuit, what would it be?

We would make our own which would be totally natural and completely unique and taste mmmmmmmmmm.

50-55 seconds: Which idea are you a bit jealous of?

Some of Heston's mad food concepts (but surely our dark choc lime pickle truffle pot must be up there??).
