Stephen Vallance was 25 years as a solicitor and 4 as a law Tutor and layabout entrepreneur. Michael O'Sullivan has run a successful white label dating site.
30-35 seconds: Where did the idea come from?
It has been evident for some time that certain legal processes could be delivered well online. Our market research was showing that people do however require some personal attention. My experience at universities showed that about 33% of law graduates were unable to find work. Interaction with them has shown that they are keen to both market and become involved with online delivery of the services, giving a skilled and highly motivated work force.
35-40 seconds: What's the smartest thing you've done so far?
Utilised existing non-competitive web sites to secure access to millions of potential customers through use of our affiliate marketing model.

Taking longer than we should to implement and not starting to action the whole business earlier.

A Wagon Wheel (if you're old enough to remember them) - big and easily divided up into lots of slices.

Proper ones. Ones that save lives and improve their quality.

Same as today, problem solving. Bigger problems, different problems but that's all life is, a series of problems to solve and the fun of doing it well.
