Currently supply wholesale market (luxury retailers and delicatessens), direct (Facebook shop), weddings (wedding favours), corporate (chocolate gifting), and we plan to export during 2013 to USA, Canada & emerging markets.

Hotel Chocolat - probably my biggest UK competitor.
15-20 seconds: What's your USP?
Inventive chocolate and packaging from Scotland that tastes as good as it looks, at very competitive pricing.
20-25 seconds: How have you funded it so far?
£25,000 RBS business loan and self-funded and very generous friends and family!
25-30 seconds: What were you doing before?
Director of a chocolate company for over 10 years - there is a theme here J
30-35 seconds: Where did the idea come from?
Everyone loves chocolate! And from my previous experience and knowledge of the confectionery and chocolate gifting market.
35-40 seconds: What's the smartest thing you've done so far?
In my previous role, winning prestigious industry awards for packaging. Currently, being part of Entrepreneurial Spark, rewards-based crowd-funding (I raised over £12,000), and rebranding Nucoco.

Falling from a pallet (which actually did happen last night).
45-50 seconds: If your business was a biscuit, what would it be?
It would be a Nucoco chocolate biscuit of course!! Total chocolatey goodness!
