This free event is the first in a series for the Smarta 100 Academy, together with O2. The Academy events will provide support and guidance to start-ups and small businesses, including those entering the Smarta 100, together with O2. Smarta 100 is a one-of-a-kind business competition for small businesses with a top prize of £10,000.
Hosted by Smarta founder Shaa Wasmund, the evening will also feature Mike Soutar, founder of Shortlist Media; Rainbow Hart, founder of Splats and previous Smarta 100 winner; Luke Hakes from Octopus Investments; and Alan Gleeson, the general manager of Palo Alto Software.
"I'm very much looking forward to a discussion about how you can produce a winning business plan," says Gleeson. "In times of uncertainty this is more important than ever before for small businesses."
This event is perfect for those looking to launch their idea or who want to take their business to the next level. 'Plotting success' will provide you with a fireproof plan for exceptional growth that will be equally valuable for presenting to investors and for charting your own progress.
"Getting your business plan right is an essential step towards turning your idea into a brilliant business," says Wasmund. "Whether you are looking for investment or just want to keep track of your progress, this Smarta 100 Academy event will be the perfect opportunity for you to learn from entrepreneurs who have already mastered the art of creating a killer business plan."
