What we do is unique and we offer a completely custom flavour service for your event, matching the flavours to the theme of your party. We also have a large ice cream research experimentation side to the business.

The wonderful amazing Barclays Take One Small Step Campaign from last year and personal funds.

25-30 seconds: What were you doing before?

Talking creative nonsense and making adverts in the wonderful world of advertising.

30-35 seconds: Where did the idea come from?

I grew up on an ice cream farm in South West Wales, so I've worked with ice cream all my life.

35-40 seconds: What's the smartest thing you've done so far?

Hiring an accountant.

40-45 seconds: What's the stupidest?

Making cheddar cheese ice cream.

45-50 seconds: If your business was a biscuit, what would it be?

I guess a decedent chocolate cookie filled pieces of chewy caramel pulled out of a magician's hat.

50-55 seconds: Which idea are you a bit jealous of?

The million dollar website.

55-60 seconds: Where are you going to be in 12 months' time?

We're currently working on the World's first liquid nitrogen ice cream buggy, so we'll hopefully have a convoy of those burning around events all over the UK.
