Smarta took over London's One Alfred Place for our third Academy event and there was business advice aplenty as our panel which included Will King, founder of King of Shaves, Adam Baker, founder of Blottr, the Retail Champion Clare Young and Business director at O2 Ben Dowd spoke about how businesses can turn their customers into fans.
After the panelists had been grilled for tips, the evening descended into a networking frenzy as entrepreneurs made full use of the free bar to share stories and make valuable connections to help grow their businesses. But don't take our word for it, check out the video of highlights of the night.
