Strong brand, contemporary products, clean environment, excellent customer service and best baby prints available!

10-15 seconds: Who are your competitors?

There are many ceramic cafes out there but most are inward rather than outward focused. We are taking on the traditional look of ceramics and making them more contemporary. Not a Peter Rabbit in sight!

15-20 seconds: What's your USP?

We always capture five fingers and toes with baby print products and offer help and advice for all customer creations. We have stringent quality control.

20-25 seconds: How have you funded it so far?

Self- funded start up and re-invested profit back in business when required.

25-30 seconds: What were you doing before?

Rachel - radiographer/management consultant and still am Vicar's wife!

Andrea - architect.

30-35 seconds: Where did the idea come from?

Over coffee in a lack-lustre play centre with our kids. We both had a desire to open a business and wanted to combine our experience with five kids (between us), our love of good design and to create products that would capture memories.

35-40 seconds: What's the smartest thing you've done so far?

Spending plenty of time on the look and feel of the business so that the brand message is strong and can carry us forward into the future. Working with a fantastic business partner who has a different skill set to my own.

40-45 seconds: What's the stupidest?

Not recruiting enough staff in the early days - we soon realised we were not superhuman.

45-50 seconds: If your business was a biscuit, what would it be?

Oreos - plenty in the pack and each one an art-form! Also, they are black and white.

50-55 seconds: Which idea are you a bit jealous of?

'Not On The High Street' has a great concept with some fabulous products. It captured the consumers' quest for something personal just at the right time.

55-60 seconds: Where are you going to be in 12 months' time?

We plan to open a further two shops and to launch a new product that again is truly unique.
