Dean Walton, Mask-arade

Smarta 100 Winner Mask-arade create masks of high-profile celebrities. It's a wonderful, simple and fun concept that has had astronomical growth since 2008. The masks are so popular they are distributed through Sainsbury's, WH Smith, Cards Galore, NEXT, River Island, Toys R Us and even Harrods. Co-founder Dean Walton will be answering questions and sharing his insights on how he took a simple idea and turned it into a high profit, low margin business model.  

Mark McAndrews, Charity Engine

One of the most interesting business models we've seen in a long time - especially for a charity. Founder Mark McAndrew has found a way for every PC owner to donate to charity by sharing the untapped resources in a PC. Sound strange? We thought so too but it's an absolutely fascinating self sustaining business model that is donating thousands to charities around the world. Charity Engine is a Smarta 100 Winner and Mark will be sharing his insights in designing a resource rich business model. 

Simon Devonshire, Wayra

Simon Devonshire is director of the European arm of Telefonica's start-up accelerator, Wayra.  With 17,192 projects, split between 181 innovative start-ups housed in 13 academies spread across the globe, we can safely say Simon has helped mastermind what could be the best-connected and without doubt coolest start-up accelerator in the world.  He'll be sharing what he's learnt from overseeing tons of disruptive small businesses and revealing the tips he's picked up.

Claire Darley, Head of Sales O2 Telefonica UK

They say the best things come in small packages and that's certainly true of  Claire Darley who joins us from O2. As Head of Sales for O2 Business, wife and mother of 2 sons there's not much this lady doesn't know about how to maximise the use of technology to get the most out of each and every day.  O2's resident Flexible Working expert, Claire lives and breathes this way of life which is why she is not only able to lead a department of over 200 people but also wear several other 'hats' at the same time.  A bundle of energy, intelligence, passion and fun and the smiliest person you'll probably ever meet.
