The 100 winners of the 2014 O2 Smarta 100 were chosen from in excess of 2,000 entries after a long and arduous initial judging process. The standard of entries was once again incredibly high reflecting the vibrant UK small business sector.
Winners come from industries as diverse as funeral directors to frozen yoghurt and from exotic holidays to wall fixings. Judges were wowed by stories of impressive levels of customer engagement that went above and beyond normal good service; of marketing that immediately caught the eye and of innovation of technology to improve ways of doing business for the benefit of consumers and business alike.
Voting is now open to members of the public to pick their favourite business in each category and will run until midnight Monday 3rd November, when the judges will pick an overall winner from the ten category winners. The overall winner along with the category winners will be announced at the awards ceremony to be held at the prestigious RIBA venue in central London on Thursday November 14.
