Looked at my Graze box and thought ‘what a neat business model’ then matched it with my background in tech and education.

Had a laser focus: we do one thing, really well.

Take a stall at a festival selling boxes: I knew at the time it wouldn’t be a cost-effective or scaleable channel but did it anyway. Funnily enough it dived.

A Viennese Whirl: Gorgeous to look at and even more amazing inside.
