Is my every day essential app. It’s my digital filing cabinet and it’s where I store all my ideas and notes. Whenever I hear anything important that I need to jot down, it goes onto Evernote (otherwise I’d lose it!). I can share notes with other people but most importantly, all of my notes sync up on all my devices (iPad, iPhone, iMac, Mac Book Air etc). I'm even such a fangirl that myself and Smarta appear in the new Evernote for business ad!
Everyone in my team uses Dropbox. We can upload and share large files (presentations, videos, photos, audio files etc). We can share them by sending each other downloadable links or by sharing folders. The sharing folders options means my team can add to the folders. Super easy and efficient.
This handy iPhone app was recently purchased by Dropbox (it’s that good!) It’s a very quick and efficient way to manage your inbox. So if you get loads of emails every single day, this is the perfect app for you to download!
A new tool I’ve started to use. It’s a great task management app that allows you to allocate projects and tasks to members of your team and keep an eye on who has done what. The most important feature is the ‘nested to-do lists’ that other app’s don’t have (not even Basecamp!) Worth giving it a try.
A great way to outsource - everything! If you’re sick of doing things that you don’t like or aren’t good at, or you just don’t have time to do everything that needs to be done. Outsource it at Fiverr, for a fiver. That's in dollars too, so even cheaper than a fiver in pounds sterling. Can't really go wrong can you?!
A new app that leads to a happier you in 5 minutes. I love this app because it’s a simple and effective way for me to reflect on my day and all the things I’m grateful for. And as you know, gratitude always leads to better things!
