Welcome to your new, sleeker, and more intuitive Dashboard.
First of all, nothing has been taken away and we've added a new accounting widget ; it has simply been redesigned to provide you with a better Smarta Business Builder experience. Plus there is a new Accounting Snapshot to help you manage your finances.
We have shuffled a few things around and this guide is here to will help you explore your new Dashboard and get the most out of Smarta Business Builder.
First of all we have changed the names of some products:
'Finances' is now 'Accounts'
'Planning' is now 'Business Plans'
'My Profile' is now 'Settings'
These sections work in the same as they did before; we have simply changed their names

Accounts Snapshot:
The new Accounts Snapshot allows you to see your Profit and Loss, Income and Expenses, and your Bills and Invoices at a glance
Your data will populate automatically from QuickBoooks online when you start using it. Simply click on 'set up accounts' to start.
If you haven't set this up yet, a dummy example will be shown,
as per below:

Website:
Once you set up your website (and Google Analytics), you will see your key website statistics displayed here.
You will need to set up a Google Analytics account - ( /businessbuilder/help-centre/website/how-do-i-setup-google-analytics ) and within 24 hours the traffic should be tracked and viewable in the dashboard.
Email, tasks and appointments
You will see your latest 3 emails, and upcoming tasks and appointments in this section. You can access your full webmail email account by clicking on 'See All' or by simply clicking on 'Email' on the Ddashboard header/navigation bar.
Legal Documents:
This section shows a list of legal documents you have created and saved using the Legal Document tool. You can access these by simply clicking on the document you want to use.
Help and Settings:
Help is at hand at any point in your Smarta Business Builder journey. Simply click on the Help button on the Dashboard header / navigation bar. You will have access to a comprehensive online Hhelp section that provides a wide range of hints , tips, and guides (from 'How to get started' to 'How optimize your website'), including step-by-step video tutorials.
'Settings' is simply your account settings. From here you can view your purchase history and package/billing information as well as your email and website settings. You'll need these if you are planning on syncing your email account with an external email client.
