To export you email contacts, select Email and then Contacts. In the top right corner you will see an option to 'Export contacts'. Click this.

You are presented with two drop down options. The first enables you to select either specific or all of your contacts to be exported and the second provides you with different export formats.

Select the options you require and then click on Export.
