From time to time, you may have difficulty replying to, or forwarding email. This is due to a small change in the settings that happens as you use the service.
To rectify this, simply follow the steps below:
[1] Select the floppy disk icon in the bottom right corner of the window.
[2] A menu will appear. Select 'Reset all views'
[3] The page will refresh and the changes will take effect. Now we need to save the settings.
[4] Select the floppy disk icon in the bottom right corner of the window.
[5] From the menu, select 'Save all views'
That's it! The option to reply or forward your email will now be working as expected.
