Where can I find a template for the disclaimers that go at the end of business emails (without infringing anyones copyrights!)?

I've just started out new and have realised that most business emails have a huge disclaimer at the end of emails that they send out. They all seem very similar but I don't want to copy any of them in case of copyright infringement - are there any templates available on the internet? Plus are registered addresses and registration numbers necessary features to include in emails?

Try the business link website, they have a sample disclaimer that you can use without the copyright worry
