If you're starting a website but don't have the technical knowledge to recruit a developer, Codility provides an online coding test to check the potential developer's skill levels, helping potential employers to filter out underqualified candidates early on in the recruitment process. The company has had a busy year since it was launched in Warsaw during 2009: having gained €50,000 of investment after it won tech business incubation competition SeedCamp Week, Codility has relocated to London, where its team have been busying themselves establishing the business within the London technology industry.
