Carsonified employees work a four-week, from Monday to Thursday, as well as being given 35 days' annual leave and their very own iPhone and Mac Book Pro. Lunch is on the house every day, and employees are encouraged to eat together in the business' communal area. The strategy seems to have worked: Carsonified was recently selected by Twitter to organise its annual developers' conference in San Francisco.
