educating kids about Asian and Oriental cultures, the Northern
School of Asian & Oriental Cooking has chosen to take the easy
route, producing meals of up to 10 courses in their effort to
educate children in the diversity, customs and languages of Eastern
cultures. The result has been a roaring success: over the past two
years, Soodsawat Rigg has performed and cooked for more than
100,000 people, and last year was awarded Female Entrepreneur of
the Year in the North West O2X Awards.
