After a little research, he identified the PPA initiative - where teachers are forced to spend 10% of their time on planning, preparation and assessment - as a perfect market niche. What to do with kids while their teachers are planning? Why, exhaust them, of course! The business now works with over 25,000 children each week in more than 100 schools. With stringent regulations on the standards of its staff - each member of staff has a 'continuing professional development' folder - the business is planning to take on 27 extra regions across the UK.
