Having started at just 14 years old after his grandmother taught
him how to make jam at home, Fraser Doherty's business, SuperJam,
has become something of a cult: with 100% fruit and jazzy
packaging, Doherty became the younger person ever to supply a major
UK supermarket when the brand was snapped up by Waitrose, with Asda
and Morrisons following hot on its heels. Last year, Doherty won a
'Big Hearted Scotland' award for SuperJam Tea Parties, which runs
tea parties for elderly people who live alone or in care homes,
some of which have attracted more than 600 guests.
