Charlotte Murray trained at Vidal Sassoon before opening her salon in London's Muswell Hill. Her eponymous salon uses online booking, text alerts and email marketing to create a loyal digital community. Once a month, she runs exclusive events for - and sometimes hosted by - her clients. The salon has played host to make-up lessons, wine-tasting, hypnotherapy, life-drawing and art exhibitions.
