HMA Ventilation Services
Founded in 2004 by Hayley Morgan, HMA Ventilation has evolved
into a finely-tuned family business with Hayley running sales and
operations, her partner Stuart managing invoices and contracts and
her two nephews fitting the systems. Despite only having two
full-time fitters, Hayley never turns down a job - she and Stuart
pitch in when the need arises. A truly hands-on management style!
Hayley is not just a team player, she's a savvy entrepreneur,
landing a contract with Coca Cola within her first year in
business. From a single small car, HMA Ventilation services
commercial firms all around England, Scotland and Wales. Costs are
further reduced by working from a home office. Although, now that
turnover is approached the £0.5m mark, a new premises may be on the
cards.
