Niko B. Organic Chocolates

Niko B. Organic Chocolates are freshly rolled, dipped and flavoured in Hackney using only Soil Association certified chocolate, fruits, nuts, herbs, spices and flowers and organic British cream and butter. It is the only 100% organic chocolate business operating in the capital. In a crowded market dominated by huge brands, Niko B stands out with innovative pop-up events like the monthly Cocoa Club (the only dessert club in London) and great editorial in publications such as The Ecologist and the BBC online. Despite only employing one member of staff, this husband and wife team have managed to secure the position of chocolatier in residence at the Avo Hotel Dalston. The pair have big plans for the future too: a chocolate training academy is due to open in north east London next year.
