Nuba Cocktails
Victoria Novis spotted a gap in the market for premium, natural
cocktails mixed according to authentic recipes. But here's the
twist: they are sold pre-mixed in a bottle. Nuba Cocktails only
launched this year but there are already three flavours in the
range: Mojito, Cosmopolitan, and Mai Tai. Novis has clinched deals
with three distributors and is currently retailing at London Zoo,
the Midland hotel in Manchester and the award-winning Thatch pub in
Devon. First stop bars, hotels and cafes. Next: planes, trains,
festivals and parties! Technology is at the heart of this start-up,
from the complex extraction method used to draw the mint from the
fresh mint leaves to state-of-the-art computer-assisted testing
facilities. Novis also has another string to her bow in the form of
Jules Hydleman, former Innocent chairman. Alex Epstein - former
Apprentice candidate - has also joined the team!
