Percys is a takeaway concept like no other - it delivers
fresh-cooked BBQ direct to your door. It opened its doors at the
end of May 2011 and broke even within the first few weeks. The
venture already boasts nearly 300 fans on Facebook, rave reviews in
the local press and a thumbs up from celebrity chef Phil Vickery.
Having a local Butchers as a sister company means Percys can source
its own meat directly from the farmer, which brings down the cost
of prime cuts of meat. The firm has already expanded into onsite
catering due to customer demand and several more outlets are
planned as wannabe customers from outside the delivery clamour for
the home-cooked BBQ.
