Raw Talent Academy

You remember Lee McQueen? He won series four of The Apprentice and the hearts of the nation with his 'That's what I'm talkin' about' catchphrase. He served his time in Lord Sugar's organisation, flexing his entrepreneurial muscle in AMSCREEN, a new arm of the business, with Sugar's son Simon in 2008. Three years later, he's at the helm of his own venture. The Raw Talent Academy is an ambitious firm that aims to create crack sales teams within client organisations. Focussing on you people with potential (not just grads), Raw Talent Academy trains up and places individuals who may usually be excluded for their lack of academic merit. McQueen has invested £25,000 of his own cash into the venture. The investment is already reaping dividends with a turnover of nearly £150,000 within 10 months.

  • Helping young people into top sales jobs
  • Working with large organisations to soup up their sales teams
